An update concerning our response to the coronavirus crisis

Dear Peter Green Customers,

 

As a family business founded over 64 years ago by my father, the welfare of our employees and customers has always been our first concern. The coronavirus crisis that we are experiencing is no exception to that philosophy.

 

Recently our Prime Minister, Boris Johnson, issued a “stay home” order in an effort to contain the disease, lessen the strain on our struggling health service and protect those people who are most risk.

 

In compliance with this instruction, our showrooms, warehouse and offices are now regrettably closed until further notice by the government. As a result, all deliveries and fittings will be temporarily paused. Our employees have been instructed to stay in their homes and follow the NHS guidelines to ensure we can play our part in helping to overcome this critical situation.

 

Once operations resume we will be working hard to ensure that we can serve our customers in a safe and timely manner.

 

During the next three weeks we will have a skeleton crew on call to manage urgent enquiries but please bear in mind that it will take a little longer than usual for us to get back to you. We can take orders if you wish to place them with us, so you can be first in line when the manufacturers are finally are allowed to open their doors.

 

The Peter Green Team thanks you wholeheartedly for your support during these trying times. We just can’t wait to get back to work and provide you with the quality, value and service that Peter Green has provided for over six decades.
